As the cannabis industry moves from the dark shadows of society into the bright spotlight of mainstream consumerism, the smart miners of this green gold rush are pausing to take a breath (don’t forget to exhale!) and study lessons learned from centuries of retail knowledge.

Everest Apothecary understood the value and the need to create a powerhouse brand from the get-grow in this brave new retail world of cannabis-everything. They hired K2MD to build a brand that would generate instant credibility, retail wow, and establish market distinction. And that’s exactly what we did.

Leveraging the storied aura of it’s namesake, Everest, we created a simple distinctive identity program for Everest Apothecary that lifts today’s cannabis consumers to the clean, natural, high-altitude adventures that legends are made of. The cool blue symbolism of majestic mountains were combined with imagery of people enjoying and living life to lay the foundation of the brand. We made the brand about life, people and enjoying every moment.

From exploiting the selling power of the retail space vibe to capitalizing on our vast product packaging experience, K2MD crafted a rich experiential brand program that elevated the Everest Apothecary brand high above the competition.
